I don't know if you had the chance to view stuff on Towleroad yet, but I found this article from Andrew Sullivan.

Indeed, the "civic duty" argument seems to no longer resonate with the public-at-large but one thing is for sure: Think about what you want and understand that doing nothing is a vote for the status quo. Do you feel better today about your future than you did 8 years ago? Are you feeling more financially stable? Do you believe that the rights afforded to all can withstand being given an exception for one group? Remember, every infringement of our rights begins with a "test." The test to see whether or not equality should be denied to one group of people (simply because they are a minority) is one that we must make sure we defeat. Fact: The laws built around "separate but equal" are unjust and this is proven by history. Every vote counts - don't assume that your vote isn't needed because some poll says someone or something is in the lead. Don't let a trip to Starbucks or the mall interfere with what is probably the most important thing you will do in 15 days...get out and vote!

Thank you for the reminder. I followed up on Eric and he is a registered voter. I think I'm just going to skip the Sarah 'Wink, Wink, No Think' Palin video. I already had my fill of bigotry with the guy who called 92.7 this morning and spoke to Mayor Newsom.
