I know what you’re thinking… Why the heck am I posting something like this? Well, I am gay you know.. so I’m entitled.
While I am no fan of Britney, nor these types of shows, something about the clip moves me… and I’ll leave it at that

ABDC is perhaps the most underappreciated, good quality show on television. First, find me another reality or competition show on television that has more than a majority of the contestants as people of color (um, Flavor of Love and its ilk don’t count) and, further, where a majority of those POC contestants are Filipino or Asian American. The talent on this show is amazing (and those that know me know that I never make an unqualified use of the word “amazing”), and has these real-life dance crews coming up from their recreation centers, their college Cultural Night rehearsal rooms and the, yes, the street to put on what has to be the most sincere representation of what hip hop dance really looks like. It’s about as close to seeing a community arts-produced dance show that mainstream television is ever going get. Ironically, in this group, “Quest Crew,” three of the members are refugees from one of the other mainstream dance shows, “So You Think You Can Dance,” where they showed that they could mimic a Paso Doble or Foxtrot, but it’s here on ABDC where they can _really_ show what they are capable of as choreographers, improvisors and as pure hip-hop performers. Plus, there are often super cute boys shaking their thing: I <3 Rainen of the Jabberwockeez and Steve of Quest Crew!
