David Hyde Pierce who starred on the popular television series Frasier and in multiple shows on Broadway, discussed Prop 8 on the View yesterday, telling the California Supreme Court that his marriage to his partner of 25 years was none of their business. Watch:
It’s nice to see a celebrity with fire in the belly as to the injustices of the Prop 8, instead of the sugar-coating we so often see.

Yup!! Interesting and thought provoking. People voted who may or may not have known gay people/married gay people to take away the right of marriage. I am for queeriage (or however it is spelled) with the same rights and privileges given to our lovely straights.

He is so right. It is none of anyone’s business. Imagine any heterosexual having to go through this type of scrutiny to share their life with someone they love. It’s absurd. This is an issue of civil rights.
